Join me for an evening of self-care, where I will guide you through an easy to follow gua sha routine for lymph movement and facial reflexology to calm the nervous system. Then you will be guided through a meditation and a restorative sound bath designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and help you reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored.
Please note: This session will take place on floor mats, and participants will be lying on the mats for portions of the experience. If lying on the floor is uncomfortable or difficult for you, please consider whether this session is the right fit for you.
Mats will be provided for your comfort.
Pillows and blankets will be available throughout the session.
Select self-care products will be available for purchase following the session. These products will also be available for you to experience and use during the session.
