Scheduling & Availability

To best support my clients and the quality of my work, I do not accept same-day appointments and I do not offer weekend availability. Sessions are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Appointments often book up to two months in advance, so I encourage planning ahead. If your preferred time is unavailable, you’re welcome to join the waitlist to receive notifications when openings occur due to cancellations. All openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A valid government-issued ID is required by law and must be presented at every appointment. Sessions cannot begin without proper identification.

  • Please complete your online intake form prior to your appointment time. This allows us to begin your session without interruption.

  • Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your session to respect the schedule.

  • Silence your phone before entering the studio to help maintain a calm and quiet environment for all guests.

  • If no one is available to greet you, please have a seat upon entering and someone will be with you shortly.

  • Avoid wearing heavy makeup or perfume out of consideration for your comfort and shared air quality.

  • Please minimize jewelry and accessories to ensure ease and flow during your session.

  • I work on the scalp during sessions. Please let me know ahead of time if you prefer not to have oil used in your hair.

  • If you are paying with a gift certificate, your gift certificate must be with you at the time of session or you are responsible for full payment.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We value it as much as you do, as it allows us to provide the best care for all our clients. Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we now need to enforce our cancellation policy. Failure to notify me within that time frame will result in a $30 fee per hour that is scheduled. This ensures that clients who are eager to book can have access to available times. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, so we can open up that time for others. Thank you for your understanding and respect for everyone’s valuable time.

Failure to arrive for your appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service scheduled.

And will require 50% of the service upfront before you're able to book in the future.

 

We regret that late arrivals will not receive extensions of scheduled time. The original session fee will be charge. Your appointment is automatically cancelled if you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time, and considered a “"no show” and the fees will be applied.
